Services
Soft tissue work
Hands-on work on muscles and tendons: pressure, stretching and gentle movement. It can be done together with an adjustment or on its own.
The doctor does it, with the pressure you ask for. If it is too much, tell us and we lower it.

What to expect
What a visit includes
A conversation about where you feel tension and an exam. After that, hands-on work in that area, with your permission at each step.
You choose the pressure
You can ask us to stop
An itemized receipt
How long and how often
A visit takes as long as the exam and the care need. The doctor suggests a plan after the exam and changes it with you as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not promise results, and results vary. It is not a spa massage, and we do not say that it treats any disease.
Risks
The area can stay tender for a short time. If anything worries you after the visit, call us.
Through your insurance, if it applies, or on your own. Either way you get an itemized receipt and, if you do not use insurance, a written estimate before we start.
Questions about this care
Is it the same as a massage?
No. It is chiropractic work: the doctor decides with you what to do at each visit, and it can be combined with an adjustment.
Can I ask for less pressure?
Yes, at any time. You set the pace.
How many visits will I need?
The doctor suggests a plan after the exam and changes it with you as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
