Questions
We talk about what you notice and what worries you, we do an exam, and the doctor explains what was found and what your options are. You decide how to go on. The first visit takes 45 to 60 minutes.
Every kind of care has risks. Soreness after an adjustment is common and usually short. Rare serious problems have been reported after neck adjustments, so the doctor explains the risks before any adjustment, and you can say no to any part of a visit. If you have a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, chest pain, or loss of bladder or bowel control, call 911 or see a physician first.
The exam and your goals decide that. The doctor suggests a plan and changes it with you as you go. We do not promise a number of visits, and you can stop at any time.
We work with some health plans and with auto insurance that has medical coverage. What a plan pays depends on your policy, and the plan decides. Call us with the name of your plan and we check your case before the visit. Read how fees work.
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us, and we give you a written estimate before the visit. We also give you an itemized receipt in case your plan reimburses part of the cost.
Write to us and we reach out to confirm. You can also call (305) 555-0108.
