First visit
Your first visit, step by step
It takes 45 to 60 minutes. This is what happens, in order.
Step 1: Before you come
Call or write to us. We tell you what to bring and, if you will use insurance, Maleny checks your coverage before the visit.
Step 2: When you arrive
At the front desk Aracely or Emmanuel greets you by name. You fill out a short form with your contact details.
Step 3: The conversation
The doctor listens: what you notice, since when and what worries you. You speak in the language you prefer.
Step 4: The exam
An exam of how you move and of the area that bothers you. X-rays only if they are medically necessary, and we explain first.
Step 5: What comes next
An explanation of what was found, your options and a written estimate if you do not use insurance. You decide how to go on.

There are no visit packages that day. You pay for the visit you had.
